Texas Sprinkler business relationship started in 2003 and has increased in strength each year following. Kent Stewart and his staff knows the fire protection business extremely well. He provides the upmost quality in his design and at the same time meeting demanding schedules! Kent’s group handles designs in multiple states for us and Texas Sprinkler is grateful to have them part of our organization.
— Terry Button, Texas Sprinkler
We have used M.T.&A. for over 20 years and are pleased with the professional attitudes of their company. Workmanship is excellent. There is no job too big for this company to handle.
— Rick Harris, President Oklahoma Vista Fire Sprinklers, Inc.
Dillard’s has had a long and rewarding association with M.T.&A. They have performed many varied services for our company, often acting as an extension of our own department, solving complex code issues, dealing with local fire jurisdictions. No task has been too difficult or too trivial. I would not hesitate to recommend M.T.&A. to anyone in need of what we believe is the highest level of expertise in their field.
— J. Warren Murphy – Sr. Director of Construction Dillard’s Department Store Services, Inc.
For the last twenty-five (25) years, MT&A Fire has been an important team member that has contributed to the success of our projects.
As our Fire Protection Consultant, they are able to produce construction documents that lets all the sprinkler sub-contractors bid on the same method of installation thus allowing our client to obtain a better price for their automatic sprinkler systems.
MT&A Fire Protection Consultants also has the capability to address questions and concerns expressed by the local authorities having jurisdiction over the project during the plan review process.
Without hesitation, Architecture + recommends MT&A Fire for your next project.
— Joseph L. Cassiere, II AIA, NCARB
Since our inception in 2008, Prairie Fire Sprinkler has used MT&A for all facets of sprinkler engineering, including BIM, small remodels, huge new commercial buildings and complicated manufacturing calculations.
We’ve never had a submittal rejected and we’ve never been late manning a job.
In 9 years, we’ve done right at a quarter million dollars of work with MT&A and I’m sure we’ve made it all back in efficient design and material listing.
I quickly recommend Kent and his crew.
— C. Lee Peacock; CPD;CET
It was fortunate that to be introduced to MT&A when searching for a reliable and experienced fire protection designer that could be realistic and serve the clients’ best interest. There are many, including A/E firms, that tout ability but are not expert in differentiating among an NFPA or insurance criteria and applying interpretations that can add protection at a lesser cost. A PE designation may stamp a fire protection design with no specific training or experience. NICET level IV designations are recognized and experience adds value.
Experience with multinational clients, especially in Latin America, saved millions of dollars while protecting assets at and above world HPR insurance criteria. Having known and worked closely with the founder, the succession maintains the tradition.
